About Practical PCOS
A Note From Sariah
Soon after becoming a registered dietitian I was diagnosed with PCOS. My story might be similar to yours…my diagnosis was confusing, I left the doctor’s office with so many unanswered questions, managing my symptoms felt hopeless, and the implications for my future loomed ahead of me like a dark cloud. As I started down the road of researching my options, I came to realize how few options western medicine offered to me and how much my background in nutrition actually could help me in managing my own PCOS. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had great success in working with my symptoms including weight management, acne, and infertility. I’ve also worked with and helped many women like myself, who are struggling with the implications of their diagnosis. I’m passionate about guiding others through identifying the core issues that are driving their PCOS and helping them find practical, realistic solutions that work for their busy lives.
